التدفق النفسي كمنبئ بدافعية الانجاز لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة رام الله

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور التدفق النفسي كمنبئ بدافعية الانجاز لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة ،شملت الدراسة مجتمعا مكونا من 80 مديرا ومديره ،وتم اختيار عينه مكونه من 61 مديرا ومديره من محافظة رام الله والبيرة ،وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في متوسطات دافعية الانجاز تعزى لمتغي الجنس، الى حانب عدم وجود فروث دالة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ولا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وأوضحت النتائج أن هناك قدرة تنبؤيه للتدفق النفسي بدافعية الانجاز لدى مديري المدارس، مما يشير إلى أهمية تعزيز مستويات التدفق النفسي كأحد العوامل المؤثرة في رفع دافعية الانجاز لدى مديري المدارس. The study aimed to explore the role of psychological flow as a predictor of achievement motivation among principals of public schools in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. The study population consisted of 80 male and female principals, with a sample of 61 selected participants. The results showed no statistically significant differences in the levels of achievement motivation attributable to the variable of academic qualification. Similarly, there were no significant differences related to years of experience. However, the findings indicated that psychological flow has a predictive ability in determining achievement motivation among school principals. This highlights the importance of fostering a positive psychological environment in the workplace to enhance principals’ motivation toward achievement.
