الاستجابات الاكتئابية لدى الأطفال ضحايا الاعتداءات الجنسية

الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة الكشف عن فئة تعاني في صمت في المجتمع الجزائري، وهي فئة الأطفال المتعرضين للاغتصاب، حيث مازال المجتمع يعتبر المتعرض للاغتصاب على انه مذنب مع أنه ضحية فتتكتم الأسرة خوفا من الآخرين دون أخذ نفسية الطفل الضحية بعين الاعتبار، وفي أغلب الحالات يتعرض الطفل للاعتداء الجنسي من قبل الأشخاص المقربين للأسرة الذين لا يشوب علاقتهم بالأسرة أي شك وتتسم هذه العلاقة بالثقة الشديدة فيكون المعتدي إما أبا أو عما أو خالا أو حتى حارس المدرسة الذي من المفروض شخصا يحمي الطفل لا يؤذيه، فاغتصاب الأطفال جريمة بشعة جدا، لأنها تقتل روح الضحية مدى الحياة وتدمر نفسية الطفل / الطفلة تدمير شامل وتسلبه كرامته وتترك له شرخا نفسيا لا يندمل أبدا، فعلاج الانتهاك النفسي والجسدي والروحي ليس سهلا، لذا سيظل الطفل الذي تعرض للاغتصاب .. يعاني من بعض المشاكل التي تتعلق بالجنس واختلاطه مع الآخرين، وربما يعاني من عزلة اجتماعية فيما بعد .ولذلك فإننا من خلال هذه الدراسة نحاول الإجابة على التساؤل التالي: هل تظهر الاستجابات الاكتئابية لدى الطفل المتعرض للاعتداءات الجنسية؟ Through this intervention, we are trying to uncover a group that suffers in silence in Algerian society, which is the group of children who are subjected to rape, as society still considers the person subjected to rape to be guilty even though he is a victim, so the family remains secretive out of fear of others without taking the psychology of the child victim into consideration In most cases, the child is exposed to sexual assault by people close to the family whose relationship with the family is not tainted by any doubt, and this relationship is characterized by extreme trust.The aggressor is either a father, an uncle, an uncle, or even the school guard, who is supposed to be someone who protects the child and does not harm him.Rape of children is a very heinous crime.Because it kills the victim's soul for life and destroys the child's psyche A child is a total destruction and robs him of his dignity and leaves him with a psychological rift that never heals, treating psychological, physical and spiritual abuse is not easy, so he will still be the child who was raped.. He suffers from some problems related to sex and mixing with others, and may suffer from social isolation later.Therefore, through this study, we try to answer the following question: Do depressive responses appear in a child exposed to sexual assault?
