An international, peer-reviewed, semi-annual, open-access scientific journal, established in 2004, issued by the Human Resources Development Research Unit (URDRH) at Mohamed Lamine Debaghine University–Setif 2, Algeria. The journal is dedicated to publishing original research and studies related to human development in its broadest sense, in the following fields: education, psychology, sociology, economics, media and communication, management, political science and law, health and environment, the humanities, and all areas related to human resources development. It adheres to internationally recognized scientific research methodologies and procedures, and accepts papers written in Arabic, English, or French, provided they have not been previously published, as confirmed by a written declaration from the author. The journal aims to address issues of innovation and creativity in the field of human development and to encourage the advancement of developmental scientific research that emphasizes diversity and interdisciplinarity, methodological rigor, creative foresight, and broad vision. The journal is committed to contributing effectively to the promotion of scientific research and to publishing studies by scholars from within Algeria and abroad in ways that support practitioners and academics in developing alternatives and proposals to address human development issues and challenges. The journal is indexed in more than one international database.
