Abstract

With an emphasis on the prospects it offers for the growth of the digital economy, This research aims to provide an overview of the general structure of blockchain technology and its uses within the finance industry. In this document, we examine blockchain-related studies carried out between 2018 and 2022. According to the study, blockchain has the ability to drastically alter the financial services sector and give businesses a completely new method of conducting business. Recommendations for further blockchain technology research are also provided in light of this study.
