AL-RIYADA FOR BUSINESS ECONOMICS JOURNAL-ABEJ- is an International peer-reviewed academic journal issued and edited periodically by the Laboratory of University of Hassiba Benbouali -Chlef - Algeria: Development Of Algerian SMEs' Competitiveness in the Substitute Local Industries( DECOPILS). ABEJ is an non-profit, open access scientific journal (CC BY-NC 4.0) founded in 2015 and is interested in the field of economic ; management and commercial sciences: economic and industriel organization ;business environnement ;management ;marketing ; practical research case studies on business organizations and on the local and international economies. ABEJ missions are to shar reasearch within the framework of its specialization. It serve postgraduate students, professors and all researchers, whether in research or academic circles, government departments or economic institutions at the national and international levels.
