Slow Justice: A Threat To The Principle Of Legal Security In A Time Of Judicial Transformations

Authors : Bouamra Okba .

Abstract

The justice sector is crucial for maintaining legal security. However, the practical application of judicial procedures is experiencing significant delays in public case progress, despite reforms aimed at expediting litigation and ensuring fair trials. This research focuses on the issue of slow justice and its impact on legal security, seeking technical and legal solutions that align with the current state of the justice system. The study employs descriptive, analytical, and deductive methods to understand the realities of justice amid judicial transformations and to address the challenges that slow litigation poses to legal security in an era of procedural speed.
