Abstract
ان أهمية التعاون الدولي في استرداد الأموال المنهوبة ومحاربة جريمة تهريب الأموال من خلال تبني أسلوب متطور في اجراء التحريات والتحقيقات في مجال التصدي للظاهرة واستخدام التكنولوجية الحديثة في الاتصال وأساليب خاصة للتحري والمراقبة الأمر الذي يثير إشكالات وعراقيل بخصوص هذا التعاون في استرداد الأموال المنهوبة وهو ما يشكل خطرا يهدد الاستقرار الدولي والأمن الداخلي للدول، وكذا ارتفاع نسبة ارتكاب هذا النوع من الاجرام يعتبر من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه أجهزة نفاذ القانون ليس في دولة واحدة بل في جميع دول العالم مما يستلزم على جميع الدول ضرورة تفعيل التعاون الدولي في جميع مجالاته وهذا الأخير يصدم بمجموعة من العراقيل والمعوقات منها التشريعية والاجرائية والإدارية والتقThe importance of international cooperation in recovering stolen funds and combatting money laundering is highlighted by the adoption of advanced investigative methods and the use of modern communication technology and specialised techniques for enquiry and surveillance. However, such cooperation raises issues and obstacles in the recovery of stolen funds, endangering international stability and the internal security of states. Furthermore, the rising incidence of this type of crime poses one of the greatest challenges to law enforcement agencies worldwide. This necessitates international cooperation in all areas. Nevertheless, this cooperation faces various legislative, procedural, administrative and technical obstacles.نية ....وغيرها.
