Description
"El-Mofaker" is an international refereed review published semi-annually (June-December) by the Faculty of Law and Political Science-University of Mohammad Khider Biskra-Algeria. It specializes in the field of law and political science, such as public and private law in all its branches, political science in all Its branches, as well as Sharia and law, and public administration. The review aims mainly to free publication - on paper and electronically - of original works, studies and renewable research in the three languages: Arabic and English, for various professors and researchers around the world, aiming to contribute to Enriching scientific knowledge and developing specialized studies in the above-mentioned fields.

اجال استقبال المقالات Receiving of articles
تسهيلا لعمل هيئة تحرير المجلة و خبرائها و نظرا لكثافة المقالات الواردة ،تقرر تنظيم عملية استقبال المقالات على النحو التالي:
1-العدد الاول من كل مجلد-جوان-:التاريخ الاقصى لاستقبال المقالات 10 أفريل .
2-العدد الثاني من كل مجلد -ديسمبر-: التاريخ الاقصى لاستقبال المقالات 10 أكتوبر .
وهذا و تستسثنى من الاجال المذكورة اعلاه المقالات المحررة باللغة الانجليزية.
نشكر الجميع على التفهم و نرحب بكل المقالات في تخصصات المجلة.

In order to facilitate the work of the review's editorial board and experts, and given the density of articles received, it was decided to organize the process of receiving articles as follows:
The first issue of each volume - June -: The maximum date for receiving articles is April 10th.
The second issue of each volume - December -: The maximum for receiving articles is October 10th.
Articles writen in English are excluded from deadlines
