Abstract: The current study aims to explore the relationship between the level of school adjustment and academic achievement among secondary school students in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. The study sample consisted of 70 male and female students. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher utilized the School Adjustment Scale adopted from Haifa Hudayeb Al-Rashidi in her master's study applied to secondary school students in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, students' academic results for the 2023/2024 school year in schools within Ramallah and Al-Bireh were examined. After statistical analysis, the study revealed the following findings: 1. There is a statistically significant correlation between the School Adjustment Scale and the academic achievement scores of secondary school students in Ramallah and Al-Bireh schools. 2. There are statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable (male/female) in the level of adjustment, favoring female students in secondary schools in Ramallah and Al-Bireh.
