Educational and psychological experts believe that the characteristics of gifted students, such as heightened sensitivity, strong emotions, a sense of difference, and an imbalance in intellectual, social, and emotional development, can expose them to risk and difficult situations with themselves and others. This makes them vulnerable to many problems, the most prominent of which are educational/learning and psychological problems. This study aimed to identify the most prominent educational/learning and psychological problems faced by gifted students at the University of Algiers 2 "Abou Bakr Belkaid". It also aimed to reach some solutions to these problems from the perspective of the students in the study sample, which consisted of students from the University of Algiers 2 in one of the specializations. According to Al-Surur (2010), giftedness refers to high achievement and high academic performance. It includes two types of giftedness: general academic giftedness and specific academic giftedness. Thus, we find that giftedness is clearly linked to achievement, whether it is achievement in a specific subject or subjects or general achievement. The study followed the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire to achieve its objectives and identify these problems.
