»أفكار وآفاق» مجلة علمية محكَّمة نصف سنوية، تصدر عن جامعة الجزائر 2 – أبو القاسم سعد الله. تعتمد المجلة نظام الوصول المفتوح، وتتيح تصفح وتحميل جميع محتوياتها مجانًا، دون أي رسوم على تقديم المقالات أو نشرها. تخضع المقالات إلى تحكيم علمي سرّي مزدوج يقوم به محكّمون مختصون، وفق معايير علمية وأخلاقية تضمن النزاهة والموضوعية والجودة.
تأسست المجلة سنة 2011، وتهدف إلى دعم التبادل الأكاديمي محليًا ودوليًا. تنشر المجلة الأعمال العلمية الأصيلة وعالية الجودة في مجالات العلوم الإنسانية، والعلوم الاجتماعية، والتربية، واللغات، ودراسات الترجمة، مع التركيز على الدراسات التجريبية والترحيب بالأبحاث النظرية المتميزة أيضًا. إضافة إلى الأعداد الدورية، يمكن للمجلة أن تخصص أعداداً خاصة تتناول مواضيع محددة أو قضايا معاصرة هامة. ويمكن تقديم المقالات باللغات العربية، والإنجليزية، والفرنسية، والإسبانية، والألمانية، مع إمكانية النظر في أعمال مكتوبة بلغات أخرى.
تعمل المجلة وفق رخصة المشاع الإبداعي (CC BY-NC 4.0)، حيث يحتفظ المؤلفون بحقوق النشر، مع السماح بإعادة استخدام الأعمال لأغراض غير تجارية شريطة الإشارة إلى المصدر.

Afkar wa Affak is a peer-reviewed, biannual academic journal published by the University of Algiers 2 – Abou El Kacem Saadallah. The journal follows an open-access policy, allowing all its content to be freely accessed and downloaded online, with no submission or publication fees. All articles undergo double-blind peer review by specialized reviewers, in accordance with scientific and ethical standards that ensure integrity, objectivity, and quality.
Established in 2011, the journal aims to support academic exchange locally and internationally. It publishes original, high-quality research in the fields of humanities, social sciences, education, languages, and translation studies, with particular emphasis on empirical studies, while also welcoming outstanding theoretical papers. In addition to its regular issues, the journal may publish special issues devoted to specific themes or significant contemporary topics. Manuscripts can be submitted in Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and German, with the possibility of considering manuscripts in other languages.
The journal operates under the Creative Commons (CC BY-NC 4.0) License, under which authors retain copyright, while permitting the non-commercial reuse of published works, provided that proper attribution and acknowledgment of the original source are given.
Afkar wa Affak is currently indexed in ARCIF (2025).
Manuscripts are submitted exclusively through the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP), after consulting the journal’s author guidelines and submission instructions. The journal archive is available through the following links:

تعلن مجلة أفكار وآفاق أنه اعتبارًا من جانفي 2025، ستصبح مجلة دورية نصف سنوية، تصدر مرتين في السنة، مع استمرار استقبال المقالات على مدار العام.

The journal Afkar wa Affak announces that starting from January 2025, it will become a biannual journal, published twice a year, while continuing to accept article submissions throughout the year.
