الملخص

The interest in the philosophical references and intellectual arguments of socio-constructivist criticism and the operationalization of these arguments gives the critic the legitimacy to read and interpret texts. The socio-constructivist criticism rejects the formalist criticism that does not recognize all that is outside the text, including history and society, which prompted Goldman to rehabilitate the literary effect without separating it “from its relations with society and history, and from the dialectic of interaction underlying the continuation and renewal of life.” This vision considers the text as "a functional structure open to the referential outside and the realistic textual reference, intersecting with dialectical realism. This vision looks at the text as “a functional structure that is open to the outside, intersecting with dialectical realism in extrapolating political, social, economic, historical and cultural conditions, and utilizing the views of Karl Marx, Hegel, Plekhanov, Engels, Max Weber, Louis Althusser, and others.” Thus, the critic had the ability to read the text through the stages of understanding, then interpretation and interpretation. إنّ الاهتمام بالمرجعيات الفلسفيّة والمقولات الفكريّة للنّقد السوسيو بنائي وأجرأة هذه المقولات يعطي للنّاقد مشروعية قراءة وتأويل النصوص الإبداعيّة والنّقديّة، فالنّقد السوسيو بنائي نقد رافض للنقد الشكلاني الذي لا يعترف بكلّ ما هو خارج نصّي من تاريخ ومجتمع الأمر الذي دفع غولدمان إلى ردّ الاعتبار للأثر الأدبيّ دون صله «عن علائقه بالمجتمع والتاريخ، وعن جدلية التفاعل الكامنة وراء استمرار الحياة وتجددها»، هذه الرؤية تنظر التي إلى النصّ على أنه «بنية وظيفية منفتحة على الخارج الإحالي والمرجع النصي الواقعي متقاطعة مع الواقعية الجدلية في استقراء الأوضاع السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتاريخية والثقافية، والاستفادة من آراء كارل ماركس، وهيجل، وبليخانوف، وأنجلز، وماكس فيبر، ولوي ألتوسير، وغيرهم»، وبهذا كان للناقد قدرته على قراءة النصّ عبر مرحلتي الفهم ثمّ التفسير والتأويل.
