فاعلية الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية The Effectiveness Of School Management In Achieving Educational Goals

الملخص
تعد إدارة المدرسة أساس العملية التعليمية، فهي التي تنظم عملية التعليم وتوفر الإطار القانوني واللوجيستي والبشري لإنجاح العملية التعليمية، كما تعد حلقة الوصل بين المؤسسة العمومية المتمثلة في الوزارة الوصية والمجتمع المدني الذي يمثله أولياء التلاميذ. ويتوقف نجاح العملية التعليمية على أداء الإدارة في المقام الأول وذلك من خلال حرصها على توفير الجو المناسب والظروف المواتية لتحقيق المسار الدراسي الناجح للتلاميذ، كما يؤدي ضعف التسيير فيها إلى الفشل المدرسي وبالتالي التسبب في التسرب المدرسي الذي يعد آفة اجتماعية تعاني منها الكثير من المجتمعات في الدول الأقل تطورا. نحاول من خلال هذا البحث الوقوف على الأدوار التي تقوم بها الإدارة في المؤسسة التعليمية ومختلف السبل التي تعتمدها من أجل الإسهام في إنجاح العملية التعليمية وبالتالي ضمان تمدرس أفضل ولأطول مدة ممكنة للتلاميذ، وذلك من خلال عرض تجارب مؤسسات تعليمية في أطوار مختلفة على مستوى ولاية بجاية بالجزائر. Abstract: The school administration is the basis of the educational process, it governs the educational process and provides the legal, logistical and human framework necessary for the success of the educational process, as well as a link between the public institution represented by the trusteeship and civil society represented by the parents of the pupils. The success of the educational process depends first and foremost on the performance of the administration, which wishes to create an atmosphere conducive and conditions favorable to the success of the students. Poor governance leads to school failure and thus leads to dropping out of school, a social scourge affected by many communities in less developed countries. Through this research, we try to identify the roles played by the administration in the educational institution and the different ways it adopts to contribute to the success of the educational process and thus ensure the best and longest possible education for the students. , through the presentation of the experiences of educational institutions at different stages in the province of Bejaia in Algeria
