أمكانية تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف لمديري المدارس المتوسطة من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين The Possibility Of Implementing Management By Goals For Middle School Principals From The Point Of View Of Educational Supervisors

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على إمكانية تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف لمديري المدارس المتوسطة من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، و تكون مجتمع البحث من (100) مشرف تربوي واختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية و بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (70) من المشرفين. وتم اعتماد استبانة تضمنت (62) فقرة ، وتم تحليل نتائج بيانات البحث باستعمال برنامج (SPSS)، وتوصل الباحث الى نتائج منها إن تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف يحتاج إلى شروط واجب توفرها ومنها ان يكون هناك وعي كامل وعال بين مدير المدرسة والكادر المدرسي في المدرسة بأهمية هذا الأسلوب وبالفوائد التي يقدمها على مستوى الفرد والمدرسة وإنّ درجة تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف تدعم التعاون والثقة والاحترام المتبادل، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس من ناحية وجهة نظرهم لامكانية تطبيق الادارة بالاهداف لمديري المدارس المتوسطة،وبناء على نتائج البحث تم صياغة توصيات عديدة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the possibility of implementing management by objectives for middle school principals from the educational supervisors' point of view, The research community consisted of (100) educational supervisors, and the research sample was chosen randomly, and the number of sample members reached (70) supervisors. A questionnaire was adopted that included (62) items, and the results of the research data were analyzed using the (SPSS) program. The researcher reached conclusions, including that the application of management by goals needs conditions that must be met, including that there is a full and high awareness between the school principal and the school staff in the school of the importance of this method and the benefits it provides at the individual and school level, and that the degree of application of management with the goals supports cooperation, trust and mutual respect, Also, there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in terms of their point of view of the possibility of applying management by objectives to middle school principals, and based on the research results, many recommendations were formulated.
