Description

Maalim for Translation is a semi-annual journal established in 2009 and published by the Higher Council of the Arabic Language in Algeria, aimed at contributing to the promotion of scientific research in the field of translation and promoting the movement of translation from and into Arabic. To this end, the Journal is accepted publishing academic and scientific research, theoretical, applied and critical, original and serious, on various branches of public translation that specialize in different literary, scientific and technical fields, and in various forms, both old and new, from translation, interpretation, visual translation, computer translation, machine translation, artificial intelligence, etc. and in many relevant fields of linguistic and other sciences. Maalim seeks to promote short-term and long-term research and practice in translation in order to take its natural place among other sciences, the Journal opens contacts with researchers and professors interested in translation issues from Algeria and abroad, especially those who have experiences in translation from and into Arabic. The journal may also publish articles related to applied linguistics in general and anything related to lexicography, and terminology, especially if the study is characterised by depth and seriousness.

معالم للترجمة هي مجلة محكّمة، نصف سنوية، تأسست سنة 2009، تصدر عن المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية بالجزائر، تهدف إلى المساهمة في ترقية البحث العلمي في حقل الترجمة وتشجيع حركة الترجمة من اللغة العربية وإليها. ولتحقيق هذا المسعى، تعنى المجلة بنشر الأبحاث الأكاديمية والعلمية، النظرية منها والتطبيقية والنقدية الأصيلة والجادة المتعلقة بشتى فروع الترجمة العامة والمتخصصة في مختلف الحقول الأدبية والعلمية والتقنية، وبمختلف أشكالها القديمة والمستحدثة من ترجمة تحريرية وشفوية وترجمة بالنظر وترجمة سمع-بصرية وترجمة مُحَوْسَبَة وآلية وما تعلق بالذكاء الاصطناعي وغير ذلك، وفي عديد الميادين ذات الصلة من علوم لغوية وإنسانية واجتماعية وعلوم الاتصال والتكنولوجيا والأنثروبولوجيا والتعليمية وغيرها. وإذ تسعى المجلة إلى النهوض بالترجمة بحثا وممارسة على المديين القريب والبعيد لتحتل مكانة بين المجلات الكبرى الأخرى؛ فإنها تفتح باب التواصل مع الباحثين والأساتذة المختصين والمهتمين بقضايا الترجمة من الجزائر وخارجها خاصة تلك التي لها تجارب في الترجمة من العربية وإليها. هذا وقد تنشر المجلة مقالات ذات صلة باللسانيات التطبيقية واللسانيات عموما وكل ما تعلق بالمعاجم والمعجمية والمصطلح خاصة إذا اتسمت هذه الدراسة بالعمق والجدية.

الملخص: ملخص: كثير من الباحثين في مجال اللسانيات يظنون أن اللغة العربية لا يمكنها أن تواكب التطورات الكبيرة التي عرفتها التكنولوجيا في العصر الحديث خاصه فيما تعلق بالرقمنة والترجمة باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. والحق أن هذا الزعم مجانب للصواب، لأن اللغة العربية تعرف من الخصائص ما لا تعرفه كثير من اللغات، ما يجعلها طيّعة وسهلة التناول والاستخدام بكل الوسائل التكنولوجية والتطبيقات الذكية، ولما تملكه من خاصيه المنطقية والرياضية الحسابية، والليونة في المعنى والسهولة في النطق ما يؤلها أن تحتل مكانة محترمة في جودة الترجمة باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي مقارنة بلغات أخرى (الفرنسية مثلا) التي تعرف سهولة وليونة كبيرة في الترجمة بينما تعاني من صعوبات وتعقيدات لغوية جمة نطقا وكتابة، فما الذي يجعل هذه سهلة؟ وتبقى العربية تعاني من صعوبات (أغلبها وهمية) في ميدان الترجمة الآلية؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي، الترجمة إلى العربية، منطقيه اللغة العربية. abstract Many researchers in the field of linguistics believe that the Arabic language cannot keep pace with the great developments witnessed in technology in the modern era, especially with regard to digitization and translation using AI. But this claim is wrong, because the Arabic language knows characteristics that many languages do not know, which makes it malleable and easy to handle and use by all technological means and smart applications, and because of its logical and mathematical properties, and the flexibility in meaning and ease in pronunciation, which qualifies it to occupy A respectable position in the quality of translation using artificial intelligence applications compared to other languages (French, for example), which know great ease and flexibility in translation, while suffering from great linguistic difficulties and complexities in speech and writing. So what makes this (French language) easy? And Arabic language continues to suffer from difficulties (most of which are imaginary) in the field of machine translation?
