الملخص

يشهد العالم حاليا تحوّلا رقميّا مذهلا في شتى المجالات؛ ممّا أثّر بشكل واضح على لغة الضاد وأدّى بالدول العربية عامة، وبالجزائر بصفة خاصة إلى بذل الجهود من أجل حوسبتها لتواكب التطوّر الحضاري والعلمي كغيرها من لغات العالم، وقد برز هذا التحوّل الرقمي للغة العربية في الجزائر من خلال أعمال المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية. ترنو هذه الورقة البحثية الوقوف على آفاق وتحديات التحوّل الرقمي للغة العربية في الجزائر، من خلال تسليط الضوء على أحد مشاريع المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية بإجراء قراءة تحليلية نقديّة لمشروع المعجم الطوبونيمي، والوقوف على مدى تقدّم المشروع وتطلّعاته المستقبلية مع رصد أهمّ التحدّيات التي واجهت المجلس خلال مراحل الإنجاز. The world is currently witnessing an amazing digital transformation in various fields, Which clearly affected the language of the Arabic language, and led the Arab countries in general, and Algeria in particular to make efforts to computerize it to keep pace with the cultural and scientific development like other languages of the world, and this digital transformation of the Arabic language in Algeria has emerged through the work of the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language. This research paper comes to determine the opportunities and challangies of the digital transformation of the Arabic language in Algeria. It also sheds light on one of the projects of the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language by conducting an analytical reading of the project of the toponymic lexicon, and to determine the extent of the project's progress and future aspirations, while monitoring the most important challenges that the Council faced during its various stages achievement.
