Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) represents one of the most pressing neurodevelopmental conditions affecting children worldwide with significant implications for families, institutions and public systems. Beyond clinical intervention the effective inclusion and protection of children with ASD depend largely on comprehensive and coordinated social policy frameworks. This article examines the role of social policy in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through health care access, inclusive education, family assistance programs and legal protection mechanisms. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the study explores the theoretical foundations of social policy and disability rights while analyzing policy instruments designed to promote social inclusion and equality. The paper argues that fragmented institutional responses and insufficient coordination between legal, educational and health sectors limit the effectiveness of support systems. It further hypothesizes that integrated, rights-based social policies enhance developmental outcomes and promote social justice for children with ASD. The study concludes by proposing strategic policy recommendations aimed at strengthening institutional collaboration, improving early intervention systems and reinforcing legal safeguards. By positioning autism within a broader socio-legal and welfare framework, this research highlights the essential role of public policy in transforming individual challenges into collective social responsibility.
