تحليل أداء أدوات تلخيص النصوص المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي Performance Analysis Of Ai-powered Text Summarization Tools

الملخص
تبحث هذه الدراسة في التلخيص الآلي للنصوص كأحد أبرز تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في معالجة اللغة الطبيعية، حيث تتمثل إشكاليتها في التساؤل التالي: هل يمكن اعتماد التلخيص الآلي بديلا موثوقا للتلخيص البشري من حيث الدقة والفعالية والحفاظ على المعنى؟ وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي المقارن عبر تحليل نص أصلي ومقارنته بثلاثة تلخيصات له: بشري وآلي باستخدام ChatGPT وDeepSeek، وفق معايير علمية تضمنت الطول النسبي ونسبة المعلومات المستخلصة وخلو الملخص من التحريف وتماسكه ووضوح اللغة وودقة المصطلحات. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن التلخيص الآلي كان أكثر محافظة على المعلومات مقارنة بالتلخيص البشري الذي تميز بالاختصار والمرونة الأسلوبية والإيجاز وإضافة عناصر غير موجودة في النص الأصلي، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التلخيص الآلي أداة فعالة وواعدة يمكن أن يضاهي البشري إذا دعم بإشراف يضمن جودة المحتوى في السياقات التعليمية والبحثية. Abstract : This study investigates automatic text summarization as one of the most prominent applications of artificial intelligence in the field of natural language processing. It addresses the following central research question: Can automated summarization be considered a reliable alternative to human summarization in terms of accuracy, effectiveness, and preservation of meaning? The research adopts a comparative analytical approach, examining an original source text alongside three corresponding summaries: one produced by a human and two generated by AI systems, namely (ChatGPT and DeepSeek). The evaluation is conducted according to a set of scientific criteria, including relative length, proportion of extracted information, fidelity to the source text, coherence, linguistic clarity, and terminological precision. The findings indicate that automated summarization demonstrated a higher degree of informational retention compared to the human-generated summary.
