الملخص باللغة العربية: تدرس هذه الورقة البحثية اشكالية طبيعة التجاوزات التي بدرت من بعض أهل العلم ببلاد الغرب الاسلامي بشكل عام وبجزائر العصر الوسيط (المغرب الأوسط) على وجه الخصوص في مسار منح الإجازة العلمية لطلبة العلم الذين جلسوا بين أيديهم أو نالوها بشهادتهم، وتكشف عن مظاهر عدم تقيّدهم الدقيق بضوابط المنح وتراخيهم في الالتزام الدقيق بنظام الإجازة العلمية القويم. أي ملاحقة أوجه التساهل التي وقع فيها بعض أهل العلم في مسار تثمين جهود الطلبة المتكونين على أيديهم؛ حين منحوا بعض طلبتهم إجازات دون تدقيق وعناية مركّزة في تقييم مستواهم، وشهدوا بأهليتهم العلمية قبل أوانها، وثمنوا مجهودهم وهم لم ينضجوا فكريا وعلميا بما يكفي لنيل الإجازة وتحصيل الشهادة بالأهلية. ولعلّ بلوغ هذا الغرض لا يتم، إلا إذا بحثنا في أسباب ذلك التجاوز الذي وقع فيه البعض، وكشفنا -في حدود الإمكان المنهجي والمعرفي- عن مساحة المؤثرات التي أسهمت فيه، والمبررات التي تذرّع بها من وقع في ذلك التغافل. مع التنبيه من زاوية ثانية إلى طبيعة المبررات التي استند إليها من طلب الإجازة العلمية وهو ليس بعد أهلا لها أو ليس من مستحقيها بعد، والتلميح من زاوية ثالثة لحجم المخلفات السلبية جرّاء مظاهر ذلك التجاوز؛ سواء من حيث مصداقية الإجازة الممنوحة، أو سمعة المجيز العلمية والقيمية، أو مردودية المجاز العلمية وأنشطته الفكرية بعد حصوله على الإجازة. ABSTRACT : This research paper studies the problem of the nature of the transgressions that occurred on the part of some scholars in the countries of the Islamic West in general and in Algeria of the Middle Ages (the Middle Maghreb) in particular in the process of granting academic degrees to students of knowledge who sat in their presence or obtained it through their testimony, It reveals the manifestations of their lack of strict adherence to grant controls and their laxity in strictly adhering to the correct academic license system. That is, pursuing the lenience that some scholars have fallen into in the process of valuing the efforts of the students formed by them; This is when they granted some of their students licenses without careful scrutiny and focused attention in evaluating their level, and they certified their academic eligibility prematurely, and valued their efforts while they were not intellectually and scientifically mature enough to obtain a license and obtain a certificate of eligibility. Perhaps this goal will not be achieved unless we investigate the reasons for the transgression that some have fallen into, and reveal - within the limits of methodological and cognitive possibility - the extent of the influences that contributed to it, and the justifications used by those who fell into that neglect. With attention from a second angle to the nature of the justifications on which he relied for requesting a scientific degree while he is not yet eligible for it or not yet deserving of it, and hinting from a third angle to the extent of the negative effects resulting from the manifestations of that transgression; Whether in terms of the credibility of the license granted, the academic and moral reputation of the licensee, or the academic performance of the license and his intellectual activities after obtaining the license.
