استصحاب الحال، وأثره في توجيه الأحاديث المشكلة "دراسة في كتاب إعراب الحديث لابن مالك الأندلسي"

ملخص: يعرض المقال نماذج من توجيه ابن مالك الأندلسي للأحاديث النبوية المشكلة الواردة في صحيح البخاري وفق أحد الأصول النحوية ألا وهو "استصحاب الحال"، وذلك من خلال تتبع ظواهر متعلقة به من مثل: العدول عن الاصل، والتنبيه على الأصل المتروك والرد إلى الأصل، واستجلاء كيفية اعتمادها في إعادة الاعتبار لما ظُنَّ به اللحن والخطأ من أحاديث النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام. الكلمات المفتاحية:الأحاديث النبوية؛ استصحاب الحال؛ التوجيه النحوي؛ الرد إلى الأصل؛ التنبيه على الأصل المتروك؛ العدول عن الأصل. Abstract : The article presents examples of Ibn Mālik Al-Andalusī's guidance on the problematic aspects of prophetic hadiths cited in Ṣaḥīḥ Al-Bukhārī, analysed through the lens of a foundational grammatical principle: the Presumption of Continuity of a State (Istishhab al-ḥāl). ). The study traces phenomena associated to this principle, including deviation from the original rule (al-‘udūl ‘an al-aṣl), accentuating the abandoned rule (al-tanbīh ‘alā al-aṣl al-matrūk), and returning to the original rule (al-radd ilā al-aṣl). It further explores how this principle was used to rehabilitate hadiths of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that were supposed to contain grammatical errors or linguistic inconsistencies
