"مجلة البحوث العلمية والدراسات الإسلامية" مجلة علمية أكاديمية دولية محكّمة فصلية تصدر عن مخبر الشريعة بجامعة الجزائر1 (بن يوسف بن خدة). تأسست سنة 1425هـ الموافق لـ2004م، وتعنى بنشر الدراسات والبحوث العلمية المتخصصة الجادة في مجالات العلوم والدراسات الإسلامية المتعددة وما يتصل بها والمتمثلة في: الفقه الإسلامي وأصوله، علوم القرآن والسنة، العقيدة الإسلامية والفكر الإسلامي ومقارنة الأديان، الدعوة الإسلامية، حاضر العالم الإسلامي، تاريخ الحضارة الإسلامية، اللغة العربية والدراسات القرآنية، الاقتصاد الإسلامي والمالية الإسلامية، الشريعة والقانون. والنشر يكون باللغة العربية أساسا، وباللغتين الإنكليزية والفرنسية أيضا. وهي من خلال هذا المنبر العلمي تساهم في نشر العلم والمعرفة، وتبني الفكر السليم المتوازن المعتدل، وتحرص على أن يشارك في موضوعاتها كتاب مميزون، وباحثون ذوي خبرات عالية تعكس توجهها العالمي المستقطب للطاقات. هذا وتتسم البحوث المنشورة فيها بالأصالة، فلا تقبل البحوث التي سبق نشرها في مجلات أخرى أو في ملتقيات أو ندوات علمية، أو كونها أجزاء من رسائل جامعية، كما تنشر البحوث المبتكرة التي تخدم القضايا المعاصرة. وهي مجلة يساهم في إخراجها إلى عالم النشر نخبة من خيرة الأساتذة والباحثين بكل تفان وجدية وإخلاص وتجرّد، لتكون إضافة علمية معتبرة في مجالها، ويحفل بها الباحثون والشغوفون بالعلم والمعرفة. ولقد نالت المجلة بعد وقت قصير من تأسيسها نجاحات متواصلة أسهم فيها كل من شارك في إيجادها واستمرارها وحافظ على رصانتها وجدّيتها فنالت قبولا وتميّزا في الأوساط العلمية الأكاديمية.

Journal of Scientific Research and Islamic Studies” is a quarterly peer-reviewed international academic scientific journal issued by the Sharia Laboratory at the University of Algiers 1 (Ben Youssef Ben Khaddah).

It was established in the year 1425 AH, corresponding to 2004 AD, and is concerned with publishing serious specialized scientific studies and research in the various fields of science and Islamic studies and what is related to them, namely: Islamic jurisprudence and its origins, the sciences of the Qur’an and Sunnah, Islamic belief, Islamic thought and comparative religion, Islamic advocacy, the present of the Islamic world, and the history of Islamic civilization, Arabic language and Quranic studies, Islamic economics and Islamic finance, Sharia and law. Publishing is mainly in Arabic, and also in English and French. Through this scientific platform, it contributes to the dissemination of science and knowledge, adopts sound, balanced and moderate thought, and is keen to have distinguished writers and highly experienced researchers participate in its topics, which reflects its global orientation that polarizes energies.

The research published therein is characterized by originality. Research that has previously been published in other journals, scientific forums or seminars, or as parts of university dissertations is not accepted. It also publishes innovative research that serves contemporary issues. It is a magazine that a group of the best professors and researchers contribute to bringing into the world of publishing with all dedication, seriousness, sincerity and impartiality, to be a significant scientific addition in its field, and it is filled with researchers and those passionate about science and knowledge.

Shortly after its founding, the Journal achieved continuous successes, to which everyone who participated in its creation and continuation contributed and maintained its sobriety and seriousness, thus achieving acceptance and distinction in academic scientific circles.

Towards an investigation of Islamic media discourse translation from Arabic into English

الملخص: Translating Islamic media discourse, specifically Islamic TV programs, plays a crucial role in circulating Islamic religion to English-speaking audience. The translator is considered as a mediator between the Islamic preacher and the viewers. Thus, to reach an optimal translation, he should follow certain strategies. For this end, this research paper was conducted. It is a descriptive study of translation strategies used by translators working at Iqraa subtitling centre. It was applied on a TV program broadcasted by Iqraa channel. The research has found that the prevailing employed strategy was paraphrasing. This can be due to cultural peculiarities and audio-visual translation limitations. تلعب ترجمة الخطاب الإعلامي الإسلامي، وخاصة البرامج التلفزيونية الإسلامية، دورًا رئيسا في نشر الدين الإسلامي إلى كل الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية. لذا فإن المترجم يعتبر وسيطًا بين الدعاة والمشاهدين, يضمن لهم ترجمة سليمة من خلال تبني بعض الاستراتيجيات . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان ووصف طبيعة هذه الاستراتيجيات التي يستخدمها المترجمون في مركز اقرأ للترجمة حيث طبّقنا تحليلنا على برنامج تلفزيوني بثته قناة اقرأ. وقد توصلنا في نهاية البحث إلى أن الاستراتيجية السائدة تتمثل في الترجمة الشارحة . ويرجع هذا إلى الخصوصيات الثقافية والقيود على الترجمة السمعية والبصرية.

الملخص: قدمنا في هذه الدراسة قراءة بلاغية لبعض الآيات القرآنية، بهدف الوقوف على بعض معالم خلود الصورة المستوحاة من النظم القرآني من حيث تفاوت قراءاتها لدى المتلقين وفهمهم لها، ثم من حيث أثر قيمتها البيانية على واقعهم، وللوصول إلى الهدف المسطر انطلقنا من تساؤل محوري: ما أبعاد فهم المتلقين للصورة القرآنية بين حدود النظم وآفاق سياقه؟ وما مدى استيعاب تركيبها للتفاوت الفكري لهم؟ كما قسمنا الدراسة إلى ثلاث مراحل متكاملة؛ فتطرقنا أولا إلى بيان إمكانية قراءة الصورة القرآنية قراءة منفتحة وضوابط ذلك، ثم قدمنا نماذج لانفتاح فهم دلالتها البيانية ثانيا، ونماذج لانفتاح قيمتها البيانية ثالثا. لتسفر الدراسة في النهاية عن مظهر من مظاهر الإعجاز اللغوي للقرآن الكريم بآلية الصورة الفنية القرآنية من حيث كونها خطابا منفتحا دلاليا، صالحا لكل زمان ومكان. This study presents a rhetorical analysis of selected Quranic verses. The primary goal is to examine how Quranic rhetorical techniques contribute to the contextual interpretation of the Holy Qur'an, and their subsequent impact on the audience's perceptions and actions. This provides empirical evidence that supports the idea that the linguistic structure of the Holy Qur'an exhibits the hallmarks of linguistic miracle. Thus, this scientific research contributes to the academic understanding of the unique linguistic and rhetorical characteristics of the Holy Qur'an.

L’image prophétique de Muhammad ﷺ dans L’An neuf de l’hégire : entre poésie hugolienne, sublimation et grandeur

Résumé: Cet article analyse la représentation de la figure prophétique de Muhammad ﷺ dans L'An neuf de l'hégire de Victor Hugo, extrait de La Légende des siècles. L'étude met en évidence la manière dont Hugo, par une écriture poétique complexe, transcende les stéréotypes orientalistes pour présenter un Muhammad ﷺ à la fois humain et spirituellement sublime. La construction de cette figure se fait à travers une série de procédés stylistiques, notamment l’hyperbole, les métaphores cosmiques et la musicalité des alexandrins, qui servent à magnifier sa mission prophétique et à conférer une dimension universelle à son message. L’article explore également la représentation de la mort de Muhammad ﷺ, non pas comme une fin, mais comme une transition lumineuse, une transformation spirituelle qui met en lumière l’héritage moral et éthique du Prophète ﷺ. Cette approche permet à Hugo de situer Muhammad ﷺ dans une généalogie prophétique universelle, illustrant une continuité spirituelle entre les figures religieuses majeures.
