تأثير التحول الرقمي على تطور سياسات التعليم عن بعد في الجزائر

الملخص
تم في هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على واقع سياسات التعليم عن بعد في الجزائر من حيث تتبع مسار تطورها خاصة في ظل البيئة الرقمية ،التي فرضت مجموعة من التحديات على سياسات التعليم العالي للانتقال نحو التعليم الرقمي، كما تهدف الدراسة الى فهم التحول الرقمي وكيف أثر على أنماط التعليم عن بعد في الجزائر من خلال عرض المراحل التي مر بها تخطيط سياسيات التعليم عن بعد التطرق الى تقييم تجربة الجزائر في التعليم عن بعد في ظل البيئة الرقمية والتي نراها تجربة حديثة نسبيا تواجه مجموعة من التحديات والصعوبات تتعلق بصعوبة الاندماج والتكيف مع مفهوم البيداغوجيا الافتراضية، وتفتقر للبنية التحتية التكنولوجية الى جانب انها تتميز بضعف مستوى التكوين لأطراف العملية التعليمية للتعامل والتفاعل مع التعليم الرقمي الكلمات المفتاحية: السياسة التعليمية، سياسات التعليم عن بعد، الرقمنة Abstract: In this study, light was shed on the reality of distance education policies in Algeria in terms of tracking the path of their development, especially in light of the digital environment, which imposed a set of challenges on higher education policies to move towards digital education. The study also aims to understand digital transformation and how it affected patterns of learning. Distance education in Algeria, by presenting the stages that distance education policies went through, addressing the evaluation of Algeria’s experience in distance education in light of the digital environment, which we see as a relatively recent experience facing a set of challenges and difficulties related to the difficulty of integrating and adapting to the concept of virtual pedagogy, and lacking The technological infrastructure is also characterized by a weak level of training for the parties involved in the educational process to deal and interact with digital educationKeywords: A list of up to six keywords should immediately follow the abstract, with the keywords separated by dash, following an alphabetical order
