مجلة "الدراسات الإستراتيجية والبحوث السياسية" هي مجلة دولية سداسية محكمة ومجانية تشرف عليها هيئة تحكيم متخصصة ذات كفاءة علمية تعنى بتقييم الأبحاث. تصدر عن مخبر "الدراسات الإستراتيجية والبحوث السياسية" –جامعة تلمسان (الجزائر)، تهدف المجلة إلى نشر البحوث العلمية الأصيلة للباحثين، الأساتذة وطلبة الدكتوراه، باللغات الثلاث: العربية، الفرنسية والانجليزية، في مختلف مجالات العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بكل فروعها: العلوم السياسية، العلاقات الدولية، القانون، الاقتصاد، التاريخ... وغيرها من المجالات المعرفية ذات الصلة. يشترط في المقالات الواردة للمجلة الجدية، الرصانة وتقديم الإضافة العلمية، و يجب أن يتقيّد الباحث بأصول البحث العلمي وقواعده العلمية والمنهجيّة، بالإضافة إلى الأمانة العلمية؛ وتخضع المقالات الواردة إلى للتحكيم العلمي الأكاديمي حسب الشروط والأصول العلمية المتبعة.

The Journal For Strategic Studies And Political Research is an international, biannual, peer-reviewed and free journal . It is supervised by a specialized and competent scientific committee that reviews and evaluates research. It is issued by the Laboratory For Strategic Studies And Political Research. The journal aims at publishing authentic and scientific research of researchers, professors and doctoral students; using the three languages :Arabic, French and English; In different fields of the social and human sciences and their subfields: political sciences, international relations, law, economy, history, as well as all the other related disciplines. The received articles are required to be serious and provide scientific contributions, also, the researcher should conform to the scientific and methodological research rulesand standers , in addition to scientific integrity. The received articles will be subject to scientific and academic peer-review in accordance with scientific standers and regulations.

الهندسة الديمغرافية: قراءة في أنماط التهديدات النابعة من السكان وسبل مواجهتها

Résumé: Dr. Shady Ahmed Mansour is an Associate Professor of Political science at the National Defence College (NDC) of the United Arab Emirates, and an expert on security studies. Before joining the NDC, he worked at Information Decision and support center (IDSC), a governmental thinktank affiliated to prime minister office, Egypt, until 2012. Later, he joined Future for Advanced Research and Studies, UAE, in 2014, where he held the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Journal “Trending Events”, as well as the head of security studies unit. Dr. Shady earned a Ph.D. in Comparative Politics from Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University (Egypt) in 2015. His dissertation examined how to resolve internal conflicts in divided societies by utilizing complex power sharing regime. Dr. Shady has a number of publications on the MENA region, in Arabic and English, like the following book chapters “Wedge strategy: How Saudi Arabia is attempting to influence the Syrian conflict?”, (Springer, 2021), and “Rising challenges to the US-led regional security architecture in EU and the Gulf region” (Palgrave Macmillan, 2022). Research interests also included a focus on war and intelligence studies. In this regard, Dr. Shady published three books in Arabic titled: “Fifth generation warfare” (2019), “Analyzing international relations developments and forecasting its developments utilizing Intelligence approaches” (2023), and “International Security Studies; the hidden dimension in conducting the foreign policy of states” (2023).

تداعيات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على جيوبوليتيك الطاقة في أوروبا

الملخص: لقد أثرت القضايا الطاقوية الراهنة على مسار العلاقات الدولية بل أكدت دور المتغير الطاقوي في تحديد و ضبط طبيعة هذه العلاقات بين مختلف القوى الجيواستراتيجية . في هذا السياق تطور علم جيوبوليتيك مع تطور الصراعات و القضايا المعاصرة وأصبح علما متعدد الأقطاب الذي أصبح في طياته يحمل مشاكل الأمن الطاقوي و مسألة وفرة الامدادات و عدم انقطاعها في ظل تضارب المصالح الجيوسياسية . تهذف هذه الورقة البحثية الى ابراز واقع الطاقة بعد الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية لسنة 2021 من خلال تحليل ـتأثير الحرب على الأمن الطاقوي الأوروبي و تداعياته على سوق الطاقة و و خارطة الجيوطاقوية و الذي بدوره انعكس سلبا على النمو الاقتصادي الأوروبي ، مما يدل على مدى هشاشة الأمن الطاقوي الأوروبي ، الأمر الذي يستدعي اعادة ترتيب معالم السياسة الطاقوية و مواجهة مخاطر التبعية و الامداد و ذلك بالتقليل من التبعية الطاقوية لروسيا من خلال استراتيجية الانتقال الطاقوي و البحث عن أسواق جديدة أكثر موثوقية Current energy issues have influenced the course of international relations and emphasized the role of the energy variable in defining and controlling the nature of these relations between different geostrategic powers. In this context, the science of geopolitics has evolved with the development of contemporary conflicts and issues and has become a multipolar science that carries with it the issues of energy security . Therefore, this research paper aims to highlight the energy reality after the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2021 by analyzing the impact of the war on European energy security and its repercussions on the energy market and the geopolitical map, , which indicates the extent of the fragility of European energy security, which calls for rearranging the parameters of energy policy by reducing energy dependence on Russia through an energy transition strategy and searching for new markets that are more reliable
