الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على واقع المقومات الثقافية والحضارية بمدينة قسنطينة وكيفية إستغلالها في زيادة الجذب السياحي، وقد استخدمنا المنهج التحليلي وأسلوب المقابلة وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن هناك جهود مبذولة للإستفادة من المقومات الثقافية والحضارية والمحافظة عليها وتثمينها إلا أنها تتميز بعدم التجسيد الفعلي وتبقى غير كافية مما يفوت على مدينة قسنطبنة فرص هامة لأن تكون وجهة سياحية بإمتياز وتحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية،الإجتماعية والبيئة المنشودة، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة التطبيق الفعلي للإستراتيجيات الموضوعة ومحاولة الإستغلال العقلاني للهياكل الثقافية والحضارية المتنوعة الموجودة بالمدينة. This research paper aims to investigate the reality of cultural and civilizational assets in the city of Constantine and how they can be utilized to increase tourism attraction. We used the descriptive analytical approach and the interview method, and we have reached a conclusion that there are efforts being made to utilize and preserve the cultural and civilizational assets, but they are characterized by a lack of effective implementation and remain insufficient. This results in missed opportunities for Constantine to become a premier tourist destination and achieve the desired economic, social, and environmental development. The study recommends the need for the actual implementation of the established strategies and the rational exploitation of the diverse cultural and civilizational structures in the city.
