This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of AI-driven employee termination, exploring its technical, legal, and ethical dimensions. Using an analytical and comparative methodology, the paper examines the issues of algorithmic bias and legal accountability, and reviews the shortcomings of legislative frameworks. The study concludes that this practice requires strict governance to protect employee rights, and offers recommendations for legislators, companies, and technology developers to ensure the fair and responsible use of artificial intelligence in the workplace.
