مجلة "آفاق للأبحاث السياسية والقانونية" هي مجلة علمية دولية محكمة سداسية ومجانية. تصدر عن كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية جامعة عمار ثليجي- الأغواط، الجزائر. تهتم المجلة بمجال العلوم السياسية والقانونية وتوفر منصة أكاديمية للباحثين للمساهمة في العمل المبتكر في هذا المجال ببحوث أصيلة معروضة بدقة وموضوعية بشكل علمي يطابق مواصفات المقالات المحكمة، وتخضع الأبحاث المنشورة في المجلة للتحكيم (الأعمى غير المرئي أو غير المعلن) من قبل أساتذة متخصصين ومتميزين في مجال تخصصهم؛ حيث تحرص المجلة على نشر الأبحاث المتميزة علمياً فقط لتکون قبلة للمتخصصين والباحثين يتم نشر المجلة في كل من الإصدارات المطبوعة والإلكترونية، وهي متاحة للقراءة والتحميل، تفتح فضاء لجميع أصحاب القدرات العلمية بالمساهمة في أعدادها بأحد المواضيع المستجدة المتعلقة بمجال تخصصها، كل سداسي (جوان - نوفمبر).
Afak's magazine for political and legal researches Review is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, Bi-annual and free of charge, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, University of Laghouat, Algeria. The journal focuses on the following topics: Political Sciences, Management, Law and social science. It provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. The journal carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest research In the Field of Political Science, society and human behaviors, and Law, the journal is published in both print and online versions. The online version is free access and download. All papers around the world are very welcome in our International Journal. Manuscripts can be sent at any time for the tow issues (November and July).

تُعلم هيئة تحرير "مجلة آفاق للأبحاث السياسية والقانونية" الصادرة عن كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية بجامعة عمار ثليجي الأغواط، جميع الباحثين المهتمين بنشر مقالاتهم العلمية في حقل العلوم السياسية والحقوق والعلوم الإدارية والعلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية، بأنه تم تحديد استقبال أعمالهم بشكل دوري في الأعداد العادية وفق الرزنامة التالية:
- العـدد 01: آخر أجل هو 15 ماي
- العـدد 02: آخر أجل هو 15 سبتمبر.

تنويـه للمُــؤَلِـفين
- على المُؤُلِف الاطلاع على دليل المُــؤَلِـــف (AuthorsGuide)، ونموذج ورقة المقال (Template) الخاص بالمجلة لتفادي الرفض الشكلي للمقال.
- يستند قرار النشر في المجلة على جودة العمل المُقَدم وتوصيات المُرَاجِعين.
- استقبال المقالات المُرسلة من خارج الجزائر، وكذا المُحررة باللغة الإنجليزية الفرنسية مفتوح على مدار السنة.

the editorial board of the "Afak's magazine for political and legal researches" issued by the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Laghouat informs all researchers interested in publishing their scientific articles in the fields of law and political science, that the reception of their works has been periodically determined in the regular issues according to the following calendar:
- Issue 01: The last date is May 15th
- Issue 02: The last date is September 15th

Notice to Authors
- The author should follow the Author’s Guide and the Journal’s Template to avoid the formal rejection of the article.
- The decision to publish in the journal is based on the quality of the submitted work and the reviewers' recommendations.
- The reception of articles from outside Algeria, as well as those written in English, is continuous and unlimited in time.
