نحو تفعيل تقنيات الجيل القادم للمستودعات: خارطة طريق لتحويل المستودعات إلى منصات ذكية

الملخص
ملخص: مع تطور الويب وتزايد أهمية البيانات الوصفية وربط الموارد ظهر ما يُعرف بالجيل القادم للمستودعات (Next Generation Repositories) وهو توجه يقوده اتحاد COAR لدفع المستودعات نحو التفاعل مع أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعزيز قدرتها على التكامل والربط الدلالي. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع المستودعات الرقمية الجزائرية البالغ عددها 71 مستودعا، واقتراح خارطة طريق عملية لتفعيل تقنيات ومعايير NGR من خلال قابلية المستودعات للتفاعل مع أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتقنيات التشغيل البيني والربط الدلالي بين الموارد. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجيل القادم للمستودعات؛ اتحاد مستودعات الوصول الحر؛ الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ التشغيل البيني؛ الربط الدلالي. Abstract: With the advancement of the web and the increasing importance of metadata and resource linking, the concept of Next Generation Repositories has emerged a movement led by COAR to drive repositories towards interaction with artificial intelligence systems and enhance their ability to integrate and support interoperability and semantic linking. The study seeks to examine the status of 71 Algerian digital repositories and propose a practical roadmap for implementing NGR technologies and standards by enhancing repositories' interoperability with artificial intelligence systems and their reliance on interoperability and semantic linking between resources. Résumé : Avec la montée en puissance d'Internet et l'importance croissante des métadonnées et de l'interconnexion entre les ressources, le concept de archives ouvertes de nouvelle génération a émergé en tant qu'initiative promue par COAR. Il souhaite guider les dépôts vers une interaction avec les systèmes d'intelligence artificielle et de renforcer leur capacité à intégrer et à soutenir l'interopérabilité ainsi que la liaison sémantique. La présente étude a pour objectif d'analyser la situation actuelle des 71 dépôts numériques algériennes, et de proposer un plan d'action concret pour la mise en œuvre des technologies et des normes NGR, en améliorant l'interopérabilité des dépôts avec les systèmes d'IA et en renforçant leur dépendance à l'interopérabilité et à la liaison sémantique entre les ressources.
