دور التمويل الجماعي (crowdfunding) في تعزيز الاقتصاد العالمي: دراسة تحليلية للتحديات والفرص خلال الفترة (2019-2030)

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم دراسة تحليلية حول تطور التمويل الجماعي ودوره على المستوى العالمي خلال الفترة 2019–2030، من حيث النمو، وتحولات النماذج التمويلية، والتحديات والفرص المستقبلية. فقد شهد هذا القطاع نموا متسارعا، إذ ارتفع حجمه من نحو 13 مليار دولار في 2019 إلى 43.5 مليار دولار في 2024، مع توقعات بتجاوزه 141 مليار دولار بحلول 2030. ويُعزى هذا النمو إلى التوسع التكنولوجي، وتنوع صيغ التمويل (مثل الإقراض P2P، والأسهم، والمكافآت)، وازدياد إقبال رواد الأعمال والمستثمرين الشباب. كما تناولت الدراسة تحليل SWOT لتشخيص نقاط القوة والضعف، والفرص والتهديدات التي تواجه هذا القطاع، مسلطة الضوء على أهمية الأطر التنظيمية، والثقة الرقمية، والثقافة المالية. لتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التمويل الجماعي يمثل ركيزة تمويلية واعدة لدعم الابتكار والنمو الاقتصادي، مع ضرورة تعزيز الشفافية وتحديث التشريعات لمواكبة تطور هذا السوق عالميا. This article aims to provide an in-depth analytical study of the global evolution of crowdfunding during the period 2019–2030, focusing on its quantitative growth, the transformation of funding models, and the challenges and opportunities ahead. The sector has witnessed rapid expansion, with the market size increasing from approximately $13 billion in 2019 to $43.5 billion in 2024, and is projected to exceed $141 billion by 2030. This growth is largely driven by technological advancements, the diversification of crowdfunding models (such as P2P lending, equity, and reward-based models), and the growing engagement of entrepreneurs and young investors. The study incorporates a SWOT analysis to identify key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the sector, highlighting the importance of regulatory frameworks, digital trust, and financial literacy. The study concludes that crowdfunding represents a promising alternative financing mechanism to support innovation and economic growth, and recommends enhancing transparency and updating legislation to keep pace with the global evolution of this market.
