الملخص
الملخص: تسعى الدراسة الحالية للتّعرف على موضوع بالغ الأهمية، والمتعلق بتبني المقاربة بالكفاءات كبديل للمقاربة بالأهداف في المدرسة الجزائرية، ابتداءً من سنة 2003، وبخاصة في بناء المناهج التربوية، وما واجهته من عديد التحديات البيداغوجية، الادارية، النفسية، والاجتماعية، ولتلافيها وجب اقتراح آليات لاستشراف مستقبل أفضل لهذه المقاربة، لتتكيف مع متطلبات الوضع الراهن وما يشهده من تطورات في جميع مجالات الحياة، بهدف جعل المتعلم قادرا على توظيف ما تعلمه داخل المدرسة في حياته اليومية، مما يؤهله مستقبلا ليكون موردا بشريا فعالا يساهم في تطور البلاد. Abstract: The current study seeks to identify a very important topic related to the adoption of the competencies approach as an alternative to the objectives approach in Algerian schools, starting in 2003, especially in the construction of educational curricula, and the many pedagogical, administrative, psychological and social challenges it faced, and to avoid them, it is necessary to propose mechanisms to foresee a better future for this approach, to adapt to the requirements of the current situation and the developments in all areas of life, with the aim of making the learner able to employ what he learned in school in his daily life, qualifying him in the future to be an effective human resource contributing to the development of the country.
