Abstract
This research paper aims to analyse the psychological phenomenon of scientific plagiarism in the Algerian university by diagnosing its motives and proposing a set of preventive mechanisms based on a foresight vision that combines psychological intervention, ethical principles derived from Islamic law, and legal deterrence that constitutes legislative control of the rules of integrity and avoidance of plagiarism in all its forms, with the aim of building a research community that keeps pace with Algeria's aspirations as a developing country seeking leadership in scientific research at the regional and international levels. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل الظاهرة السيكولوجية للانتحال العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية، من خلال تشخيص دوافعها، واقتراح مجموعة من الآليات الوقائية وفق رؤية استشرافية تجمع بين التدخل النفسي، والتأصيل الأخلاقي المستمد من الشريعة الإسلامية، والردع القانوني الذي يُشكل ضبطا تشريعيا لقواعد النزاهة وتجنب الانتحال بكل أشكاله، بهدف بناء مجتمع بحثي يواكب تطلعات الجزائر، كدولة نامية تسعى للريادة في مجال البحث العلمي على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
