التأريخ ودلالته عند أحمد بن يحي الونشريسي من خلال كتابه المنهج الفائق والمنهل الرائق والمعنى اللائق

الملخص
تزخر الساحة العلمية والمعرفية الجزائرية بأعلام عديدة، حيث سجل التاريخ أسماءهم بأحرف من ذهب، فبرز العديد من العلماء الذين خلفوا تراثا هاما وثريا، وكان هذا في مجالات متنوعة. ومن هؤلاء الأعلام، العلامة أحمد بن يحي الونشريسي الذي خلف تراثا غزيرا، جسدته مؤلفاته المتنوعة بتنوع موضوعاتها، حيث يعد موسوعة فكرية في كل الميادين. ومن مؤلفاته الشهيرة كتابه: "المنهج الفائق والمنهل الرائق والمعنى اللائق بآداب الموثق وأحكام الوثائق" الذي عرض فيه لمسألة هامة تتمثل في التأريخ وبأي شيء يؤرخ، وذلك لأن الأمم لم تزل تؤرخ قديما وحديثا، وقد وضعت مسميات لكل وحدة زمنية لهذا التأريخ كالأيام والليالي والشهور وأسماء كل منها وذلك لأهميته، لأن الشاهد لا بد له أن يؤرخ شهادته في كل عقد من العقود لما ينبني على التاريخ من الأحكام، والاحتياط فيه أن يقال في وقت كذا من يوم كذا من شهر كذا من سنة كذا، رفعا لتعارض العقود. وعليه، نروم في هذه الورقة البحثية الحديث عن التأريخ ودلالته عند أحمد بن يحي الونشريسي من خلال كتابه المنهج الفائق والمنهل الرائق والمعنى اللائق. الكلمات المفتاحية: التأريخ –الدلالة –الونشريسي –شهادة الشاهد –العقود. Abstract: Algeria's intellectual and scholarly heritage is full of eminent figures whose contributions have left a lasting imprint on history. Among them, Ahmed ibn Yahya el-Wencharissi. Stands out as a scholar whose extensive writings encompass diverse fields of knowledge. A true polymath, he bequeathed a vast intellectual legacy that continues to inspire researchers today. One of his most significant work “Al-Manhaj al-Fā'iq wa al-Manhal al-Rā'iq wa al-Ma'nā al-Lā'iq bi-Ādāb al-Mūthiq wa Ahkām al-Wathā'iq”, offers a an examination of a fundamental issue: the methods and conventions of time reckoning. Indeed, civilizations from ancient times to the present day, have always sought to structure time by attributing precise days, nights, months and their respective designations. This is a major requirement, particularly in the legal field, where it is imperative that witnesses date their testimony precisely to guarantee the validity of contracts and avoid any ambiguity. It therefore demands that the exact moment of an event be mentioned: the day, month and year, to avoid any contradiction between acts. In this study, we propose to explore the concept of historical dating and its significance in Ahmed ibn Yahya el-Wencharissi, through the analysis of his work Al-Manhaj al-Fā'iq wa al-Manhal al-Rā'iq wa al-Ma'nā al-Lā'iq.
