Exploring The Relationship Between Liquidity And Activity In Food Companies: A Case Study Of Leading Global Companies In The Period 2012-2023

Abstract
This study aims to explore the relationship between liquidity and activity in four leading food companies from 2012 to 2023 in an attempt to create a structural model based on exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis between liquidity and activity ratios. The study found that the relationship between liquidity and activity is a strong inverse relationship that confirms that higher liquidity ratios will negatively affect activity.
