علاقة سياسات استثمار وتمويل رأس المال العامل بالمرونة المالية: حالة الشركات العالمية الرائدة في الصناعة الغذائية خلال الفترة 2009-2023

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لاختبار العلاقة بين سياسات استثمار وتمويل رأس المال العامل والمرونة المالية لعينة مكونة من خمس شركات عالمية رائدة في صناعة الأغذية خلال الفترة 2009-2023، تم قياس سياسة الاستثمار في رأس المال العامل بنسبة الأصول الجارية إلى إجمالي الأصول، وسياسة تمويل رأس المال العامل بنسبة المطلوبات الجارية إلى إجمالي الأصول، والمرونة المالية بنسبتي المرونة النقدية ومرونة الديون، ولاختبار العلاقة تم ذلك باستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية والمعممة لبيانات البانل. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ايجابية بين سياسة استثمار رأس المال العامل والمرونة النقدية، ووجود علاقة عكسية بين تمويل رأس المال العامل والمرونة النقدية، ولا توجد علاقة بين سياسة استثمار وتمويل رأس المال العامل ومرونة الديون. This study aims to test the relationship between investment and financing policies in working capital and the financial flexibility of a sample of five leading international companies in the food industry during the period from 2009-2023. The working capital investment policy was measured by the ratio of current assets to total assets, the working capital financing policy was measured by the ratio of current liabilities to total assets, and the financial flexibility was measured by the ratios of cash flexibility and debt flexibility, to test the relationship, this was done using the ordinary and generalized least squares methods for panel data. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the working capital investment policy and cash flexibility, and there is an inverse relationship between working capital financing and cash flexibility, and there is no relationship between the working capital investment and financing policy and debt flexibility.
