الملخص

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر التحيزات المالية السلوكية في الأداء المالي لمؤسسة كوندور من خلال استبيان وفق سلم ليكارت الخماسي، ولاختبار الأثر تم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر إيجابي لكل من الانحياز التأكيدي، الثقة المفرطة، سلوك القطيع في الأداء المالي، ولا يوجد أثر لكل من تجنب الندم، والمحاسبة العقلية في الأداء المالي. Abstract: This study aims to test the effect of behavioral financial biases on the financial performance of the Condor enterprise through a questionnaire according to the five-point Likert scale. To test the impact, a multiple linear regression model was used. The study showed that there is a positive effect of confirmation bias, overconfidence, and herding behavior on financial performance, and that there is no effect of avoiding regret and mental accounting on financial performance.
