Abstract

The problem of the moral pillar in customs crime addresses the challenges and complications related to the moral aspect of customs crimes. It comes to providing interpretations of customs actions, manipulation of taxes and tax evasion from a moral perspective. Questions about the moral responsibility of individuals and companies in the field of customs and international trade are raised when they violate the laws that harm society and the economy in general. This problem includes studying professional ethics to work in the field of customs and the need to comply with moral standards and social values to reduce customs crimes and enhance integrity and transparency in global trade.
