Abstract
A person has the right to respect his private life, and to preserve his evils, which others should not see without his condemnation or by a judicial order, including the confidentiality of correspondence that means the confidentiality of everything that is exchanged between individuals among themselves and for the correspondence to be characterized by privacy, it is necessary to provide racism, the first of which is personal represented in the will of the sender and the second is subject to any content of the message. It is the private secrets that falls on the human interest, which is preserved by both the law and the law to preserve the dignity of man and respect his humanity.
