This research explores the concept of "Predictive Justice," which relies on artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze past judicial decisions and forecast the outcomes of future disputes. The study highlights the significance of understanding how economic entities can leverage these technologies to assess legal risks before engaging in litigation, thereby saving effort and cost. Furthermore, the paper investigates the readiness of Algeria's economic legal environment to adopt such intelligent mechanisms to enhance the investment climate.
