Research Data Management In The Arab Repositories Indexed In Re3data Registry: Analytical Study

Abstract

This study aims to analyse different aspects of research data management available via (06) Arab repositories indexed in Re3data. We employed a content analysis approach to examine data sourced from Re3data. The study concluded that research data management in Arab repositories encounter challenges primarily related to infrastructure and quality management standards. Nevertheless, Arab repositories respond positively to the open access movement for academic content and open science practices in academic communication.
