الملخص
لقد فرضت البيئة الرقمية الجديدة على دور الوثائق ومراكز الأرشيف التحول من كونها مستودعات لحفظ الوثائق التناظرية إلى فضاءات لمجموعات رقمية كبيرة تضم العديد من أنواع التراث الوثائقي، لعل مراكز الأرشيف الولائية واحدة من تلك المراكز التي تعنى بحفظ بعض من الأنواع هذا التراث. تسعى هذه الدراسة على تسليط الضوء على الأهمية الكبيرة التي تلعبها رقمنة الوثائق في المؤسسات والمراكز الارشيفية خصوصا بالنظر للتسهيلات التي تقدمها في التعاملات مع الوثائق وتسهيل الوصول. كما حاولنا الإشارة إلى واقع حال مشروع الرقمنة في المراكز الارشيفية في الجزائر، عن طريق دراسة استعداد مركز الأرشيف الولائي لولاية جيجل للشروع في مشروع رقمنة وثائقه والتي توصلنا فيها أن هذا المشروع لا يزال في بدايته وأن الانتهاء من تطبيقه يتطلب بدل مجهودات كبيرة وتفاني في العمل من قبل الموظفين والقائمين على مشروع الرقمنة. The new digital environment has forced document and archive centers to transform from repositories for analog documents to spaces for large digital collections containing many types of documentary heritage. Provincial archive centers are among those centers concerned with preserving some types of this heritage. This study seeks to highlight the significant role played by document digitization in archival institutions and centers, particularly in view of the facilities it provides in dealing with documents and facilitating access. We have also attempted to shed light on the current state of the digitization project in archival centers in Algeria by studying the readiness of the Provincial Archives Center of Jijel to embark on a project to digitize its documents. We concluded that this project is still in its infancy and that its completion requires considerable effort and dedication on the part of the staff and those in charge of the digitization project.
