Technology Transfer Contract As A Mechanism For Economic Advancement

Abstract
In our current era, technology has become a vital cornerstone for the economy and its advancement in all its forms and types. The world is divided into advanced countries that use modern technology effectively and developing countries that strive diligently to acquire this technology for various purposes. From this standpoint, technology transfer emerges, where technology is transferred from the owning party, which we refer to as the supplier, to the receiving party, the importer. The supplier benefits financially from selling the technology, while the importer benefits from utilizing it. The technology transfer process is often regulated through a contract known as a technology transfer agreement that specifies all the details and outlines the rights and obligations of the participating parties.
