Abstract
The implementation of digital transformation is imperative and requires immediate attention to leverage this technology across all fields, including administrative sectors. This study The objective is to emphasize the significance of administrative digitalization in enhancing public administration through the widespread adoption of information and communication technology in administrative management, specifically in the domains of higher education and scientific research sectors. Nevertheless, Algeria faces challenges that hinder the full benefits of the technological revolution. To mitigate the risks associated with digitalization, legislative and security measures must be implemented through cybersecurity to ensure trust in electronic administrative transactions.
