Teachers' Opinions On The Quality Of In-service Training In Primary Education: A Field Study In Some Primary Schools In Setif City.

Abstract

The current study aims to explore teachers' opinions on the quality of in-service training in primary education in Setif city. The study included 80 teachers (males & females), selected randomly, using a simple random sampling method. Data was collected through a three-dimensional questionnaire covering training content, duration, tools, and methods. Psychometric properties of the tool were calculated, and the study employed a descriptive methodology. Findings revealed differences in teachers' opinions on the quality of in-service training overall, with variations based on gender and years of experience.
