الحتمية التكنولوجية وتأثيرها في تشكيل الإعلام الجديد: دراسة استقرائية

الملخص
تتناول الدراسة إشكالية تأثير الحتمية التكنولوجية في تشكيل الإعلام الجديد، وتأثيرها على أنماط التواصل الاجتماعي والثقافي في الحاضر والمستقبل. كما تهدف إلى استكشاف التأثيرات الإيجابية والسلبية المحتملة للحتمية التكنولوجية على العمل الإعلامي، وذلك من خلال تحليل تطور الوسائط الرقمية وتقييم تأثير التكنولوجيا على التفاعل والاتصال. تسعى الدراسة أيضًا إلى تقديم إضافة نظرية ومعرفية تدعم النقاش الأكاديمي حول دور التكنولوجيا في تطور الإعلام، وتوجيه الباحثين وصناع القرار نحو استراتيجيات فعّالة للتكيف مع هذا التغير السريع. وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على دور التكنولوجيا في إعادة تشكيل الاتصال الجماهيري، خاصة في ظل الحاجة المتزايدة لفهم الحتمية التكنولوجية كعنصر أساسي لتحليل الاتجاهات المستقبلية وتحديد التحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات جراء تغلغل التكنولوجيا في الحياة اليومية. This study addresses the issue of the impact of technological determinism in shaping the nature of new media and its effect on social and cultural communication patterns, both present and future. It also aims to explore the potential positive and negative effects of technological determinism on the media field, by analyzing the development of digital media and assessing the impact of technology on interaction and communication. The study further seeks to provide a theoretical and cognitive contribution to support the academic discussion on the role of technology in the evolution of media, guiding researchers and decision-makers toward effective strategies to cope with this rapid change. The importance of the study lies in highlighting the role of technology in reshaping mass communication, particularly in light of the growing need to understand technological determinism as a key element in analyzing future trends and identifying challenges facing societies due to the pervasive integration of technology into daily life. In addition, providing appropriate recommendations for media institutions to address the challenges posed by technological transformations.
