الملخص
لم تشهد البشرية عبر حقبها وأزمنتها التاريخية ظاهرة أخطر من الإرهاب الذي لا يفرّق بين مدني وعسكري صغير أو كبير، وفي ظلّ التطور العلمي الكبير في مختلف الميادين واختراع أسلحة ذات دمار شامل تفتك بالإنسان والحيوان والنبات، كيميائية ونووية وبيولوجية، هاته الأخيرة التي تعتمد على إطلاق مواد وكائنات ملوّثة للبيئة ومدمرة للإنسان ممّا يجعل وقوع هذا النوع من السلاح بيد الجماعات الإرهابية بمثابة الكارثة الحقيقية، ممّا يتطلب تعاون الجميع لمواجهته دوليا ووطنيا. Abstract: Throughout its historical eras and times, humanity has not witnessed a more dangerous phenomenon than terrorism, which does not differentiate between civilian and military, young or adult , and in light of the great scientific development in various fields and the invention of weapons of mass destruction that can kill humans, animals and plants, chemical, nuclear and biological. This latter, which depends on the spread of substances and organisms that pollute the environment which are destructive to humans, where makes getting this type of weapon in the hands of terrorist groups a real disaster, which requires the cooperation of all parties to confront it internationally and nationally.
