Studies in Linguistics and Language Education (SLLE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing original research in Linguistics and Language Education. It is published by the LOAPL Laboratory, Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Oran 2 Mohamed Ben Ahmed.

The journal appears biannually (June & December) in English since 2025 and is 100% free of charge – No submission or publication fees.

SLLE welcomes contributions across a wide spectrum of linguistic and educational research, including:

General Linguistics, Phonetics & Phonology, Morphology, Syntax, Semantics, Pragmatics, Historical & Comparative Linguistics.

Note: Although the language of publication is English, SLLE welcomes research addressing all languages and linguistic contexts worldwide.
