Promoting The Tangible And Intangible Heritage Of The Relizane Region Through Mobile Films: A Critical Reading Of Content And Objectives.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the promotion of the tangible and intangible heritage of the Relizane region through mobile films, considering them as a digital medium for bringing local memory closer to the public and contributing to the construction of identity and historical awareness. The study focuses on the Relizane region because of its diverse historical and heritage assets. It also emphasizes that mobile films can play an important role in documenting and promoting heritage, given their ease of production and rapid dissemination through digital platforms. The study highlights the conditions required for a successful heritage film, namely one that connects place to its historical context and interprets its social meanings. It also seeks to propose practical models for short films on the Kalaa of Beni Rached, Mazouna, and other elements of local heritage. The study concludes that mobile films can serve awareness-raising, pedagogical, educational, and touristic objectives, provided that they are produced with a responsible scholarly vision that helps preserve the heritage of the Relizane region and reconnects generations with their local memory. الملخص باللغة العربية: تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع الترويج لتراث منطقة غليزان المادي واللامادي عبر أفلام الموبايل، بوصفها وسيطًا رقميًا لتقريب الذاكرة المحلية من الجمهور، والإسهام في بناء الهوية والوعي التاريخي. وقد ركزت الدراسة على منطقة غليزان لما تمتلكه من رصيد تاريخي وتراثي متنوع. كما تؤكد أن أفلام الموبايل يمكن أن تؤدي دورًا مهمًا في توثيق التراث والتعريف به، نظرًا لسهولة إنتاجها وسرعة انتشارها عبر المنصات الرقمية، مع التركيز على شروط الفيلم التراثي الناجح؛ فهو الفيلم الذي يربط المكان بسياقه التاريخي، ويفسر دلالاته الاجتماعية. كما حاولت الدراسة اقتراح نماذج تطبيقية لأفلام قصيرة حول قلعة بني راشد ومازونة، وغيرهما من عناصر التراث المحلي. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن أفلام الموبايل يمكن أن تخدم أهدافًا توعوية وتربوية وتعليمية وسياحية، إذا أُنجزت برؤية علمية مسؤولة، بما يحفظ تراث منطقة غليزان ويربط الأجيال بذاكرتها المحلية.
