الحفظ الرقمي للتراث الأرشيفي المخطوط: دراسة ميدانية بمخبر مخطوطات جامعة الأمير عبد القادر للعلوم الإسلامية (الجزائر)

الملخص
ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة لاستكشاف أهمية عملية الحفظ الرقمي للتراث الأرشيفي المخطوط من خلال تسليط الضوء على تجربة مخبر مخطوطات جامعة الأمير عبد القادر انموذجا، وذلك بالاعتماد على تحليل ممارساته الحالية في حفظ هذا الموروث وجهوده المبذولة في العمل على ضمان تبليغه للأجيال القادمة، انطلاقا من توفير مختلف متطلبات هذا المشروع بداية من اختيار استراتيجيات الحفظ المناسبة وأنواع وسائط التخزين وأشكال الملفات وصولا لحفظه وإتاحته في البيئة الرقمية. وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة معالجة ثلاث إشكالات رئيسية هي: 1- ما المقصود بعملية الحفظ الرقمي للتراث الأرشيفي المخطوط؟ 2- فيما تتمثل أهمية حفظ التراث الأرشيفي المخطوط في البيئة الرقمية؟ 3- ما هي أهم المتطلبات اللازمة للحفظ الرقمي للتراث الارشيفي المخطوط؟ 4-كيف كانت تجربة الحفظ الرقمي للتراث الأرشيفي المخطوط بمخبر مخطوطات جامعة الأمير عبد القادر للعلوم الإسلامية بقسنطينة؟ ومن أجل الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات اعتمدت الدراسة في عملية جمع وتحليل البيانات على المنهج الوصفي عن طريق أداة المقابلة مع عدة خبراء ومسؤولين عن مشروع الحفظ الرقمي للمخطوطات بالمخبر مع تحليل اجاباتهم للوصول لعدة نتائج وتوصيات أبرزها إدراك أهمية حفظ الموروث المخطوط رقميا لضمان تبليغه للأجيال القادمة وذلك من خلال العمل على تجاوز مختلف التحديات التي تعيق تحقيق ذلك. Abstract: This study explores the significance of digital preservation for archival manuscript heritage, using the experience of the Prince Abdelkader University Manuscript Laboratory as a case study. It analyzes the laboratory's current practices in preserving this legacy an d its efforts to ensure its transmission to future generations. The analysis encompasses various aspects of the project, from selecting appropriate preservation strategies and storage media types and file formats, to archiving and making the manuscripts accessible in a digital environment. This study sought to address three primary research questions : 1.What is the conceptual framework of the digital preservation process for manuscript archival heritage ? 2.what is the significance of preserving manuscript archival heritage within the digital environment ? 3.What are the essential requirements for the digital preservation of manuscript archival heritage ? 4. What was the digital preservation experience of manuscript archival heritage at the Manuscript Laboratory of Emir Abdelkader University of Islamic Sciences in Constantine ? To address these research questions, the study employed a descriptive approach, utilizing interviews with several experts and officials overseeing the digital preservation project at the Manuscript Laboratory. Through the analysis of their responses, the study reached several findings and recommendations. Most notably, it underscores the vital importance of digitally preserving manuscript heritage to ensure its transmission to future generations, while emphasizing the need to overcome the various challenges that hinder the realization of this objective.
