Journal of Law ; refereed,free semi-annual journal. issued and published periodically every six months by the Institute of Legal and Administrative Sciences, University Center Ahmed Zabana Relizane, Algeria, established in January 2010, Available electronically and openly, read and download, It opens the way for researchers to publish their research, on issues and emerging developments within their field of specialization, related to the mobility and development of society, It also selects from recent specialized studies that contribute to the scientific development of the country. For this purpose, it receives specialized academic scientific research of outstanding scientific quality, quality and originality in one of the three languages: Arabic, English or French in the Division of Law and Administrative Sciences, and ensures the evaluation and arbitration of this research by a national and international scientific body specializing in the field of law and administrative sciences. The published research does not necessarily reflect the opinion of the journal, nor is it responsible for any violation by researchers of the rules of scientific trust.
