سوسيولوجيا العمل العاطفي النسوي وتحولات الانحراف السيبراني

الملخص
يشهد العمل الرقمي تحولات عميقة أعادت تشكيل طبيعة العمل حيث برز العمل العاطفي الرقمي بوصفه نمطا يقوم على إدارة وتسويق المشاعر وفق منطق السوق الخوارزمي ومتطلبات المنصات الرقمية، وتتمثل إشكالية الدراسة في فهم كيفية تحول مشاركة المرأة في هذه البيئات إلى مورد عاطفي قابل للاستثمار والضبط، وما يرافق ذلك من أنماط انحراف سيبراني مثل الابتزاز العاطفي والتشهير الرقمي، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مظاهر العمل العاطفي النسوي في الفضاء الرقمي، وتفكيك أبعاده الثقافية والاجتماعية وربطه بديناميات السلطة والانحراف السيبراني. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النقدي مستندة إلى تحليل الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة مع توظيف مفاهيم فوكو حول السلطة والضبط، بورديو في العنف الرمزي وهوشيلد في العمل العاطفي، وتخلص النتائج إلى أن العمل العاطفي الرقمي يسهم في إعادة إنتاج علاقات هيمنة غير متكافئة، تحول العاطفة إلى مورد اقتصادي خاضع للمراقبة والاستغلال. Digital labor is undergoing profound transformations that have reshaped the nature of work, with digital emotional labor emerging as a mode based on the management and commodification of emotions in accordance with algorithmic market logic and platform demands. The study problematizes how women’s participation in these environments is transformed into an emotional resource subject to investment and regulation, alongside the emergence of forms of cyber deviance such as emotional blackmail and digital defamation. The study aims to analyze manifestations of women’s emotional labor in digital spaces, deconstruct its cultural and social dimensions, and link it to the dynamics of power and cyber deviance. Adopting a critical descriptive–analytical approach, the study draws on an analysis of the relevant literature and previous studies, while mobilizing Foucault’s concepts of power and discipline, Bourdieu’s notion of symbolic violence, and Hochschild’s theory of emotional labor. The findings indicate that digital emotional labor contributes to the reproduction of unequal power relations, transforming emotion into an economic resource subject to continuous surveillance and exploitation.
