The Impact Of Motivation On Employee Performance In An Organization -a Case Study Of The Directorate Of Trade And Export Promotion In Chlef Province-

Abstract

This study aimed to identify respondents' perceptions of the level of motivation, both material and moral, among employees at the Directorate of Trade and Export Promotion in Chlef Province, and the impact this has had on improving employee performance, To achieve this goal, we conducted field visits and administered approximately forty questionnaires to the directorate's employees. In this study, we used the deductive approach, with its descriptive and analytical tools, to examine the theoretical background and apply this to practical analysis. After processing the survey results with SPSS, we concluded that material incentives have an impact on improving employee performance at the directorate, while moral incentives have a weaker impact.
